Allergy Season Symptoms, ChemTrails And Detox for Children

This year allergy symptoms hit even my little ones.

Unprecedented in my family, thus, we began to find out why everyone around us came down with the same symptoms.

Symptoms of allergy season include:

  • Runny nose

  • Watery, red eyes

  • Wheezing

  • Coughing

  • Sneezing

  • Drainage

  • And all around feeling miserable.

  • Tightness in the chest with difficulty breathing

allergic-rhinitisThis was several people we talked to in the same area.  Well, it was hard not to notice that there were at least 10 ChemTrail planes flying over our region for the last two weeks trying to control weather and bring rain.  Rain did come but at what cost.   This Chem Trail is a huge subject for another post.  I won't attempt to explain it here.  In the meantime,  we concluded that this "seasonal allergy" is also due to the pollutants in the air that are sprayed by these planes since this is also the season they focus on spraying.  They heavily saturate the air with aluminum, aerosol and others.  What do we do?

  1. Try to stay indoors as much as possible

  2. Purify the air inside your home by having an air purifier or, like  us, get a big fan and attach a good allergen filter to it.  In addition spray vinegar water all around and leave bowls with vinegar around your house.  This will neutralize acidic air and kill germs in the air as vinegar evaporates.

  3. Detox.  It is always a great idea to detox at least once a year.

Our world is very different that it was 100 years ago.  Our children deal with so many toxins around the environment, food, water, products that it is impossible to get away from them.   This year I am trying these.

 Detox ways for Children:

  1. Combining a mild laxative (such as aloe, prune juice, or fennel seeds) with a bulking agent (such as psyllium fiber for short-term use or ground flax seeds for a long-term solution).

  2. A safe liver support agent is milk thistle, an amazing liver-healing herb. Use a high-quality product and give your child the recommended dose for one to three months once a year.

  3. Drink a lot of purified water with lemon drops.

  4. Move around to stimulate the lymphatic circulation and drainage.  A 20-minute walk every day to break a light sweat for about 40 minutes, 3—4 times per week.

  5. Supplement with a good quality Multivitamin and a green foods powder.

  6. Avoid bad foods-- I am guessing you know what these are.  Right, refined flours, sugars, hydrogenated oils, corn syrup...

  7. Eat raw fruits and vegetables and greens every day.

Immune System Boosters For Children:

  1. A blend of purple onion, garlic, lemon and raw honey.  Take one teaspoon a day or more as needed.   Also, elderberry tincture

  2. Echenesia and goldenseal tincture for flu like symtoms only.

  3. Cinnamon Sticks tea.  A great one to serve in breakfast, sweeten with stevia or raw honey.  A great tasting tea.

  4.  Enjoy local raw honey and cinnamon powder.  Serve it over toast, muffins.

  5. Combine herbs like rosemary, sage -good for coughing-, nettle, garlic, lemon, ginger, choose any combination you like with local raw honey.   Combine the herbs in a jar with the honey and leave it for 2-3 weeks.

Remember that honey is not for babies under 1 year old.
